Breathing is a manifestation of life.
Breathing is a bridge that is connecting
The conscious and the unconscious.

Deep breathing invigorates one’s body.
Deep breathing acts as a thorough massage
Of internal organs and the senses.

Focus attention on active breathing.
For a few minutes, do active breathing
To feel relaxation of mind and limbs.
